Byodo white wine vinegar is a light, fresh-tasting vinegar that is ideal for delicious Summer salads. Its delicate, tart aroma is a must for every kitchen. White wine vinegar is highly versatile: for seasoning, in marinades, and to give salads that extra tangy flavour. The grapes are harvested by hand, which is a labour intensive method when compared to mechanical harvesting, but one that is much kinder to both the vine and its fruit. The grapes are used to produce table wines of outstanding quality, which then re-fermented to produce this vinegar. Many other wine vinegars are made from lower-quality grape varieties cultivated especially for the production of vinegar.
