A light, flowery blend from many wild plants. The dominant nectars include clover, bramble and willowherb. Gathered in West Wales where woods, mountains, meadows and marshes provide the bees with a varied honey pasture. Tropical Forest select honeys from areas of environmental importance, sourcing powerfully flavoured unusual honeys, direct from small scale beekeepers. Honey is blended in the hive from tiny loads of nectar brought back by foraging bees from the flowers in the surrounding landscape. Every kind of flower has an individual nectar, giving each honey a unique flavour, true to its specific origin. Tropical Forest work with village beekeepers in the tropics to increase their income and small scale producers in Europe. All the honey is packed at low temperature so that you can enjoy it in its raw state, fresh from the hive.
