Made in a nut free environment - no sesame seeds are used on packing line. Free from gluten, wheat, maize, dairy, soya, egg and yeast. Glebe Farm produce a unique range of organic flours and wheat, wheat-free and gluten-free bread cake mixes which travels as little as 300m from the farm to the two stone mills on the farm; one for white flour and one for whole meal. Local windmills are also used; keeping historic windmills in work and grinding grain commercially helps fund essential maintenance work and give the mills a more secure future. Rebecca Rayner runs Glebe Farm where the wheat and spelt crops are grown, milled and packed. All are suitable for bread machines and hand baking. Glebe Farm organic flours are sustainable - produced, from habitats attractive to wildlife.
