Sharpham Park is a 300 acre organic estate set deep in the Somerset countryside. The Estate is owned by Roger Saul, the founder of British designer label Mulberry, where we take pride in our sustainable and organic farming techniques. It is here that we grow and mill spelt, an ancient cousin of wheat with many health, taste and nutritional benefits. From this spelt we have created a selection of spelt products: the best organic breakfast cereals, spelt flour, pearled spelt – which makes a great 'speltotto' - and organic spelt biscuits.
