Dark 60% raw chocolate enriched with all the goji berries that'll fit into this little bar: contains both freeze-dried goji berry powder and whole gojis. Coconut sugar is made from the sap of coconut palm trees; extracted once the blossom is removed. This nectar is gently heated until it becomes a delicious, rich unrefined sugar. Analysis of coconut sugar shows that it has a low glycemic index of 35 which is less than refined sugar (68), honey (48) and agave (40). Coconut sugar is not a raw food.
