Good afternoon.

I don't often have occsion to write to suppliers, other than for the odd complaint, but was so pleased with the above order I thought it appropriate.

The order arrived today, so thanks for the prompt despatch. The packing raised a smile and was beautifully done, quite obviously with a woman's touch. The use of little safety pins instead of the teeth busting plastic on the labels was also much appreciated and a nice touch.

The towels feel very soft and I am looking forward to using them in my new house. The first lot have already been given a 'delicate' wash.

I have only one little gripe; on the back of the care label it says 'please bare in mind'. Tut, tut. Should be 'bear in mind' but as they are towels I suppose you'd be bare in more than mind.

Thanks again for a great service and a lovely product. If the towels live up to expectation I'll be back for more and might persuade myself I need one (or two) of the dressing gowns as well.
