Delivery

postage (UK)
Standard postage and packing is £4.95 per order. Occasionally we do need to increase the charge for some heavier/bulkier items. You will be advice before and notified of the cost before the item(s) is shipped. Delivery will normally be within 2-3 working days. Items that are out of stock will take longer but we will advice you of any delays. Standard delivery is by express Courier (in which case a signature will be required).

accepting your order

When we receive your order we will send you a confirmation email. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we dispatch your order. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, we are unable to collect authorisation for your payment, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. If a price has changed, we will always contact you first to ensure the new price is acceptable.

cancelling your order

If for any reason you would like to cancel your order, you may do so by contacting customer services on 0115 921 2979. Cancellations can only be accepted by notifying us either by telephone, or in writing, at any time before dispatch and up to 7 working days after delivery. Cancellations made before dispatch will be reimbursed in full provided you have notified us of your intention to cancel as outlined above, but we regret postage cannot be refunded if cancellations are made after dispatch. Full reimbursement for goods that have already been delivered to you will ONLY be made if the goods are returned in their original, undamaged packaging, in the same condition as supplied to you, and in accordance with our returns policy as set out below.

overseas orders
We accept orders from the UK and members of the European Community (EC). We may at our absolute discretion refuse to accept orders from outside mainland UK for certain products where it is impractical or impossible for us to do so. UK sales tax (VAT) will apply to all orders from within the European Community (EC). Any customs or import duties levied at the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.

All customers shopping from outside the United Kingdom and European Union are requested to contact us on +44 (0)115 921 2979 or email us via the details found on the ‘Contact’ page. If, at our absolute discretion, we decide to accept an order for any product to any non-mainland UK and non-EC address there will be an additional shipping charge which will always be agreed with you before you place the order.

This website and our terms and conditions have been designed for use within the UK and under English law. We give no warranty, express or implied that the use of this website or the placing of any order through this website from outside the UK complies with any applicable non-UK laws or regulations. Accordingly, any products or promotions not permitted under your local law are not offered to you. UK sales tax will be zero where orders are dispatched to a customer outside the EC. Any customs or import duties levied at the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.

We are currently accepting orders for delivery outside the UK. Please note that different posting rate applied depend upon of the currier and country you want us to use. You will be notified before the item is shipped.

delivery
We aim to process and dispatch orders within 2 working days (subject to item availability). In the event your item is not in stock, we will back-order for you. You will always be contacted with an estimated delivery date if you would like to wait, or replace with an alternative product if available, or the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Our deliveries are dispatched through Fast Way Couriers, Parcel Force or any other courier company we instruct from time to time. We can only deliver to the address given at the time of the order. We cannot cancel any orders once they have been dispatched. Any orders refused on delivery or orders returned to us due to incorrect address details will incur a redelivery/return fee.
